By providing nurturing, hands-on, and comprehensive prenatal care and education, we develop trusting relationships with our clients. As care providers, this is such a gift and allows for confidant, supported labors and births.

Midwives attend approximately 10% of births in the U.S. across all settings, including home births, birth centers, and hospitals. In every setting, midwife-led maternity care results in reduced infant and maternal mortality and morbidity, fewer medical interventions, decreased costs, increased savings, and improved client satisfaction.

Midwives are specialists and experts in low-risk pregnancies and birth. We know that pregnancy and birth are normal life events. And, we know that the application of the Midwives Model of Care has been proven to reduce the incidence of birth injury, trauma and cesarean section.
